Thread Rolling
To improve thread service life, WELLTECH uses a roller with a profile that closely matches the thread form to roll the thread root. This induces work hardening of the root material, enhancing overall fatigue resistance.
For API threads and other special threads with unique tooth profiles, tapers, and pitches, we have developed customized rolling process parameters and independently designed rolling devices.
