High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF)
HVOF is a thermal spraying technology that uses high-temperature gas accelerated to supersonic speed to deposit solid powder onto part surfaces. It is commonly used to improve abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and other surface properties.
WELLTECH currently offers supersonic spraying with the following specifications:
Bonding strength: ≥ 75 MPa
Coating hardness: > 1100 HV0.2
WC coating thickness: ≥ 0.1 mm
