Vacuum Antenna Potting

Potting is used for bonding, sealing, encapsulating, and coating electronic components. It protects and strengthens component integrity, improves resistance to impact and vibration, enhances internal insulation, and enables device miniaturization and lightweight design. Potting also prevents direct exposure of components and circuits, improving waterproofing and moisture resistance.

WELLTECH has successfully developed a vacuum potting device and independently owns the vacuum potting technology for Mereco ECN-809 glue with MERECO Hardener 16E. This process reliably passes testing at 150°C and 140 MPa pressure held for 30 minutes.
