A slender shaft is defined as a bar with a length-to-diameter (L/D) ratio exceeding 20. Due to its high L/D ratio and low rigidity, it is prone to deformation from cutting forces and heat during machining, posing significant challenges.
Through in-depth optimization of tool geometry and process parameters, combined with specially designed fixtures, WELLTECH has overcome issues of unstable quality, high costs, and low efficiency.
