Laser Cladding
Laser cladding deposits material onto part surfaces to improve mechanical properties, increase corrosion and abrasion resistance, or repair parts. It features low dilution between the cladding layer and substrate, high bonding strength, and a small heat-affected zone, making it ideal for cladding WC wear-resistant belts with varying WC contents.
Specifications:
Max workpiece size: φ500 mm × 10,000 mm
Available for: Stellite 6, nickel-based high-temperature alloys, and nickel-based mixed powders with 30%–65% WC content
