Deep Hole EDM

For high-precision hydraulic sealing deep holes, we rely on customized deep hole EDM equipment and independently developed special process flow to efficiently realize high-precision deep hole processing of difficult-to-process materials, including special shaped deep holes, such as profiled holes, stepped holes, etc. The processing range is 2300mm*900mm*600mm, and the maximum processable depth of the holes reaches 800mm, with a high positioning accuracy of 0.01mm, which can reach high-precision processing of large-sized workpieces, complex-shaped and fine-sized profiled hole structures, and the optimal surface roughness (um) of processing can reach Ra 0.4, which fully meets the diverse customization needs.
