Ultra Deep Gun Drill
WELLTECH has 18 sets of four types of non-standard customized CNC gun drilling equipment, as well as mature deep hole processing tool deviation detection and correction technology, and has developed a variety of special cutting tools and tooling to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency gun drilling processing. It can realize the deep hole machining with the length of 3000mm on one side, hole diameter φ3-20mm, L/D ratio over 600:1. The straightness of the processed holes ≤ 1mm/m, the positioning accuracy is 0.02mm, and the repeated positioning accuracy up to 0.01mm.
