Shot Peening

Shot peening is a cold process, through the high-speed shot (metal, glass or ceramics, etc. in line with the spherical shot, shot in line with ASM 2431 and other specifications) to hit the surface of metal parts to produce plastic deformation, thereby increasing the surface work hardening, refining the grains and introducing a residual compressive stress layer, changing the comprehensive properties of the metal, thereby improving the fatigue and corrosion resistance of the parts, and improving the service life and reliability of the products. WELLTECH has a mature technology to meet the ASM 2430 standard, and can also independently design shot peening processes to strengthen the parts according to customer's requirements or the conditions of use of the parts.
