Potting is generally used for bonding, sealing, potting and coating of electronic components, to protect and strengthen the integrity of electronic components and improving their resistance to external impact and vibration. At the same time, it can also improve the internal components, line insulation, conducive to device miniaturization, lightweight; avoid direct exposure of components and circuits, and improve the waterproofing of the device, moisture-proof performance. WELLTECH has successfully developed a vacuum glue potting device and independently owns the vacuum potting glue technology of Mereco ECN-809 and MERECO hardener16E glue, which can successfully pass the test of 150℃ and 140 MPa pressure holding for 30 minutes.
