Laser Cladding

Laser Cladding

Laser cladding is a method of depositing materials on the surface of parts using lasers, usually to improve mechanical properties or to increase corrosion and abrasion resistance, but also commonly used to repair parts. Laser cladding has low dilution between the cladding layer and the substrate, high bonding strength, and a small heat-affected zone, which is suitable for cladding processing of WC wear-resistant belts with different contents. The maximum cladding workpiece size is φ500*10000 mm, and it has mature processing technology of stellite6, nickel-based high-temperature alloys, and nickel-based mixed powders with a WC content of 30%-65%.
